Description:Bluetooth GPS receiver (BPI-BTP-03): 1. Read me firstly: a. The battery must be charged for at least 8 hours for initial use. The LED2 will turn off after 3 hours' charging. Please keep on charging for 5 more hours, thereafter, for each time's battery charging, please fully charge for 4 hours b. We strongly recommend that user should remove the battery if the device will not be used for over 2 weeks. Do note remove the battery within 2 weeks c. For fast data tracking purpose, staying still before get fixed is recommended d. Please note that the device will only receive signal under the windshield which is recommended 2. Box content: a. GPS Bluetooth receiver b. Lithium-ion rechargeable battery c. Car charger d. Power adapter 3. Getting started: a. Install the battery b. Turn on the GPS Bluetooth receiver. Press the power button for 1 second or until the LED1 (GPS fix status) turns into green and LED3 (Bluetooth status) turns into blue c. Activate Bluetooth function of your PDA/PC prior to activating the Bluetooth function of your PDA/PC, please make sure the device is equipped with Bluetooth function, and the driver software has been installed 4. Activate Bluetooth manager and new connections: Illustrations for use with HP2100 PDA as follows: a. Firstly, find the device with which you wish to establish connection b. Open "Bluetooth manager" on your pocket PC c. Press "New" d. Press "Connect" e. Turn off the GPS Bluetooth receiver Press the power button for 1 second, all LEDs will goes off. We recommend that user should close the E-map before turning off the GPS Bluetooth receiver, in order to avoid any possible PDA/PC freezing. 5. Hardware description: a. LED1: GPS fix status b.
