We can make different progressive molds and single molds. We are especially good at processing brass, bronze and beryllium copper parts and pure iron, cast iron and stainless steel parts. Lathing, punching, grinding, drilling and cutting can be started at any time. Surface plating can be dealt with by other factories (nickel, tin, zinc, gold, silver and copper can be plated). Pure iron parts have been widely used in relay magnetism system, and cast iron parts have been matched with diesel engines. Different reeds have been matched with relays and electronic components, with high precision, good elasticity and a long life. According to the sample and drawing provided by customers, our company can process various kinds of parts. Materials and packages are specified by customers. Both parties sign a contract first, and customers should pay mould fees in advance, then we will make moulds and process part samples as per the need of customers. After the sample is confirmed, an order form will be signed, and then we will have a mass production according to the order form. When processed parts reach a certain number, mould fees will be returned.
