Multi-angle CNC Tube Bending Machine is controlled by PLC touch screen man-machine interface system. The machine consists of three step-motor-driving servomechanisms, which are a feeding length control mechanism, a bending-radius control mechanism and a bending angle control mechanism. This machine has three bending fixtures of different radius, and can bend different arcs with different radius on one tube. The user can input dozens of data at the same time and keep them on file. The data can be selected later to be used to bend different types of tubes. The related graphics will appear for reference so that it will be easy to operate.
