Payment Term

1, customers should pay 30% as deposit before we start production, the balance will be paid before shipping goods.

1, Production Time

Standard production time	Standard production time is 5-7 business days upon our receipt of customers, approval. In addition, we offer rush service of 1, 2 or 3 business days production for all of our crystal awards and crystal trophies. We can meet pressing deadlines requested by customers.
Rush Order Production	No Problem for a pressing deadline
	My Production time can be 1/2 of standard production time
	Rush production charges cover our cost of delivering award components to our production facility, overtime salaries for fabricating and engraving an item within the deadline provided by the customer. Rush production charges do not cover shipping cost to the customer. Shipping charges are added to the order total and are in excess of rush production charges. Please note that production rush fee is not refundable.

3, Problems

A, order can’t be cancelled if order started,

B, the extra fee will be covered by customers if the logo needs be changed during production.

C, If there is breakage because of the shipping, the products can be re-made for free, but the shipping charge will be covered by clients.
