Introduction:

Conductive fiber normally refers to the fiber with more than 10-7 Ω - 1 cm – 1’s electric conductivity. This kind of fiber has great conductivity and durability, especially in low humidity still has good durable antistatic property. Therefore, it has lots of usage in the industrial, civil and other fields.

Conductive Yarn is blended by a certain percentage of stainless steel fiber or other conductive fiber with ordinary fiber, which belongs to acrylic fiber. Conductive yarn can soon disappear the accumulated static electricity on human’s body. In the past, it usually used to make antistatic conjoined clothes. By using different materials, the conductivity performance is different.

Component and Percentage:

1. S30% conductive fiber / JC35% combed cotton / T35% polyester fiber

2. S20% conductive fiber/ JC40% combed cotton / T40% polyester fiber

3. S28% conductive fiber / JC36% combed cotton / T36% polyester fiber

Usage:

anti-static wrist strap, top grade touch screen glove, special industrial radiation protection fabric, all kinds of anti-static cloth

Characteristic:

conductive, antistatic, radiation protection, soft and breathable durable laundering, dyeing, washing won’t affect the conductive, radiation protection function.
