1,Put carving film into laser cutting machine, adjust temperature and speed.

2,Drawing artwork on computer, (it’s fastest way to do artwork If customer provide AI artwork)

3,Pell off extra parts after laser cutting.

4, Heat transfer condition for 10 seconds at 125℃. Then peel off after cooling.

Non-application:the waterproof material, with waterproof coated material, rash guard garment.

Biggest advantage:Heat resistant,which will be peel down easily and there will be no burn and adhesive on the fabric after heat iron on.

Application:

Can customized different color as Pantone number for reflective logo stickers, can be transferred on PU leather, Oxford fabric, non-woven, nylon,cotton fabric ect. They are widely used for various of different quality fabric.
