HIPS, PVC, PET, PP can be moulded into tumblers, drinking glass, any deep drawn containers. Using infrared ceramic heating element coupled with pressure forming gives detailed product with very small radii. This robust super energy saving machine (by providing temperature controller facilities) provides sealing/multi sealing of formed blisters, filled up glasses, cups etc. The machine may be operated by manual or pneumatic means. The provision is there for auto cycle and shuttle operation. The sealing area has wide range from 8"*10"(200mm*250mm) and 11"*15"(265mm*360mm). Tailor made sizes are also available.
