Application Directions: Heat at 300 - 360 degrees for 15 - 20 seconds, medium pressure. Peel cold. Wash Instructions: Temperatures up to 180F degrees inside out.
1). Engraving: cut the reflective transfer films into the shape of what you need, tear the film of outside the pattern, cut the depth (specification: cut into the underlying glue 10~30um, the pressure is preferred 160~170 GF )
2). Heating: bring a jaconet attaching the heat press machine, then heated it.
3). Transfer printing: The pressure of heat press machine is 4 KG. It must make sure the table-board being horizontal. The temperature of the plate and the current temperature must be same. Setting temperature and time must be according to the melting point and fabric. Always using 150℃, 15s

They are easily die-cut with common die-cutters shapes found at craft stores. Heat-transfer tapes bond exceptionally well to nearly any porous or semi-porous material by penetrating into the fabric (Note: May not bond well to waterproof material - see instructions and also specifications) They stretch with the material and are so light weight you'll barely feel their presence, and they are home machine washable (105ºF) and dryable. Red exceeds ANSI Level 2 standards =175 Cd/Lux/sq.m. brightness.
