Itroductions of stud type cam followers bearing
Cam followers have an internal design very similar to that of a needle or cylindrical roller bearing. They are characterized by a thick-walled outer ring that enables them to accommodate shock loads while reducing distortion and bending stresses. The outer ring running surface is crowned as standard. However, cam followers with cylindrical (flat) running surfaces are available for certain applications.

Types of Designs:
Supporting structure of needle rollers or cylindrical rollers is adopted for this kind of bearing. There are multiple types of sealing for preventing pollutant or water intrusion, various profile forms such as cylindrical & arc for the outer circle of outer race, bolt shaft structure which is convenient for direct installation and suitable to different occasions. Special structure can be designed as well according to the requirements of customers.
Product Precision Accuracy:
Dimensional tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T6445.
Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μm, and the precision grade is G2 (ISO GB309).
Bearing radial running clearance conforms to the value defined by 0 group of GB/T4604.
Diameter tolerance of outer-race arc is 0~0.05mm.

Materials:
Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer races is GCr15 bearing steel or carburizing steel.
Material for cages is quality low-carbon steel or reinforced nylon.
Special Directions:
Outer race surface of supporting roller is arc form so as to avoid rim stress.
Limited by plastic cages (suffixed with TN) and sealing-element material, operating temperature is -300C---+1000C.
Outer race position is adjusted by eccentric sleeve structure so that it can match the motion rail.
