It broke through the general bearing on the limitations of the oil film lubrication. In use process, through the friction heat make solid lubricant and shaft friction, the excellent conditions of forming, powder and oil lubrication, both to protect shaft wear and tear, and the solid lubrication characteristics of eternity. It is twice as tall as general copper sleeve, wear-resisting performance is twice as high. Has been widely used in metallurgical continuous casting machine, train bracket, steel rolling equipment, mining machinery, shipping, steam turbine and other high temperature, high load, occasions such as use of low speed and heavy loading.

Application Feature
1).Good load capacity and anti-wear.
2).It is in high load capacities and low speed with rotational,oscillationg or frequent stop-start motion.
3).It can work for a long time without oil in the condition of boundary lubrication,under oil or grease lubrication interval, the working-life will be longer.
4).It is machinable for the thicker of PTFE.
5).The bushes can be applied in auto chassis ,forging machine,metallurgical,civil engineering ,power satation,strip rolling industries,ect.
6).It is widely used in the machine where lead is unacceptable.
