This will allow us, our distributors and our private labelers to use the all important AP seal on all of our paints, crayons and glues. We have also successfully integrated very advanced management systems into the company such as 5S and ISO 9000. We manufacture products for many great companies in North America, Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel, the Middle East and Japan. More than 70% of the companys' products wind up on the shelves of major American retail stores and in school classrooms. We have great relationships with and private labels for American school distributors such as Discount School Supplies, OTC, S&S Worldwide and Scholastic. The company also sells through American importers to stores such as Target, Toys R' Us, Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree and Dollar General both for direct and indirect shipment. We produce paint and glue kits for Toys R' Us using the retailer' s Imagenarium label. In Europe, We works with some of the major paint and arts & crafts distributors in the United Kingdom, Holland, France and Belgium, as well as working with a broad selection of companies based in many other countries on the Continent. In line with the requirements of our customers and the demands of the markets, we are continuously developing new and additional types of paint. All of our paints are made using advanced formulas. Pigments and other materials are selectively chosen and tested through a very precise process using accurate controls. The great majority of the pigments and raw materials used by us in our paint formulation come from companies in Japan, Germany and the USA, in addition to specific enterprises in China which many of these foreign companies have cooperation with. We have a great understanding of the desired affects that our customers require in their paint down to the finest details and the company routinely consults with art teachers and outside paint experts to make certain that we are meeting their high expectations. We manufacture school paint, kids paint and craft paint at a level of quality and safety equal to or above the vast majority of paint manufacturers in the world.
