Compared with halogen flame retardant agent, thermoplastic plastic adding RPM red phosphorus based flame retardant masterbatch has the following characteristics: 1) Low density 2) Small reduction in physical property 3) Excellent resistance creepage tracking index (CTI index) 4) Stable processing property 5) No frost, no movement, free of corrosion to molds 6) Slight smoke Features: 1) High Properties a) Good effectiveness for flame retardants (FR): UL94V-0, low product density b) Little inferior effect on physical properties of base polymer c) High tracking-index value 2) Good stability: a) Inorganic FR, non volatile up to 300°C.
