Method of three-dimensional embroidery:
This invention creates a new method to produce three-dimensional embroidery purfle.
Method:
1. Sew the pre-setted pattern on the water soluble paper with the sewing machine.
2. Put the water soluble paper with pattern onto the base cloth, and adjust the tensile force of the sewing machine, making the water soluble paper position accurately with the base cloth.
3. Sewing machine sews the flat pattern on the combined base cloth according to the scheduled program. Meanwhile, embroider the water soluble pattern, fixing it onto the base cloth.
4. Take the sewed base cloth down from the sewing machine, melt it in the water. After melting, cut off the base cloth below the water soluble pattern, and get the three-dimensional embroidery.
Advantages:
After melting the water soluble paper of the product made by the combination of the water soluble paper and base cloth, the pattern of the water soluble part is hollowed. That makes the product more stereoscopic and meet the needs of people's aesthetic.
