The filling of solid embroider, different thicknesses incarnate prefect 3D embroider effect. Directions: before your horizontal embroidering, put a piece of expanded polystyrene  on cutting piece, then dry clean the whole cutting piece, the expanded polystyrene  hidden in embroidering line will be dissolved and form the insulating and solid embroidery. It is applicable for the embroidery patches and hat flakes, etc.
