1.What is your sample terms?

For newest design,we will charge sample fee,and refunded when you place official order.

For classic design,we will send free of charge ,but shipping fee is for your account.

2.How long for  the sample and bulk production ?

2-3days after confimation is available for sample

10-25 days for the bulk production...

3.Is your product safe?

Absolute safe,all the goods are made of eco-friendly material,and it have EN71,CE test report.

4.What about payment terms?

100% payment before shippment for small order

30% deposit,balance against B/L copy for big order

5.Any warranty?

Anything in defective quality,we will return it without any excuses.
