To establish long term, trusted business relationship,our company offers samples for quality test,but we kindly ask you to pay for samples and shipping cost, the products cost is very expensive,our profit is very low.
3. Payment Policy:
We accept L/C,T/T, D/P, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, Cash.
4. Shipping Policy:
1).Before you pay, please make sure your address and contact number information is right.
2).Goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment received.
3).Attention:We are not responsible for the customs tax or fee. However, we will make the lowest declaration for you.
5.Return Policy:
1) We insist fair return policy, dear customers, don't worry about it!
2) We offer 24 months warranty for our products.Please test the goods ASAP once you get the package,if you find the defectives, please keep and send it back to us, after confirmation we will send you replacement at once.
3) If the goods had been used and there are scratches on the surface,then no warranty.Please be care of the flex,the broken flex may cause lcd or touch not working.
4) Please be clear of our company's label(stamp),if the defective goods don't come with label then no warranty.
5) No warranty for Man-made damage, like wrong installation,the flex attached to LCD was floded many times.
