1. How about the sample policy?

We will provide for free samples if have enough stock, some products still be charge the sample fee, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.

2. Customized products

We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us for detailed information of the new product, such as the photos of design, size, material and quantity you prefer, and if possible, please kindly send us the sample to us directly, then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ.

3. How is your quality control?

We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility. We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products. Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our products. The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.

5. What should I do if the goods I received have problem?

Generally each order need to be processed with many steps by several departments until arrive at you, But we are trying our best to control all of the departments to make a good job to make sure our customers can receive the goods with satisfaction. But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staff's careless or transport problem, we are always trying our best to improve our management and service, as well as other aspects.
