1. How about the sample policy?

We will provide for free samples for stock items, some products still be charge the sample fee, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.

2. Customized products

We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us for detailed information of the new product, such as the photos of design, size, material and quantity you prefer, and if possible, the best to send us the sample directly, If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ.

3. How is your quality control?

We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility. We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products. The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.

Yes, If the amount of first order amount is US$1000+ without the shipping cost and regular customer, we will give a VIP discount and wholesale price.

5. What should I do if the goods I received have problem?

Generally each order need to be processed with many steps by several departments until arrive at you, But we are trying our best to make a good job to make sure our customers can receive the goods with satisfaction. But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staff's careless or transport problem, we are always trying our best to improve management and service constantly, as well as other aspects. If you receive the goods that has quality problem, we will resend to you in good quality once again when get your feedback.
