Item:40WT 1100YD Polyester Embroidery Thread

Our polyester has the high tenacity and low breaking elongation, with good lubricant, offer a nice embroidery on high speed embroidery machine. 

Most of our thread are exported to USA, Canada, AUSTRILIA, EU, Japan, Latin America and South Africa.

1) Gliding seam characteristics, strong rubbing resistance, fuzzing free;

2) Dope dyed is shinny color and high lustrous to achieve vivid bright embroidery impression;  

3) Shrinkage free; excellent color fastness to washing, light, acid and chlorine; 

4) High fungus resistance and mothproof, etc.

Specification: 120D / 2, 150D / 2(40wt or 30wt)

Packing: 1000M / kingspool, 1000Y / kingspool, and small bobbins, like 720m, 600m, 500m, 270m, 25grams etc.

We can pack the thread as per your particular packing requirement.

Min order: 20000PCS

Sample Policy: We will send the free samples for your approval, assume you will arrange the freight.

 Lead Time: 25 days for a 20FT container.

 Payment:  30% T/ T in adavance and the balance shall be remitted to us after shipment. Or L/ C AT SIGHT.

Color Card: We have our own color card, we also accept customer's color card or color sample, we will match it for your approval.
