2 Q: How to buy the garments that you want?

   A: Contact us and inform item number that you want, or tell us your garments information, we can offer you information like price, delivery time, packing, MOQ, full container capability, etc.

3 Q: Do you offer free sample?

  A: Yes, But we need charge shipping cost,usually shipping by DHL express.

4 Q: What is your factory’s MOQ?

   A: Normally, our factory’s MOQ is 300pcs, and reorder MOQ can reduce accordingly.

5 Q: What is the delivery way?

   A: Normally our samples will be sent by DHL and bulk production will send by sea or air.

6 Q: How to inspect the cargo?

   A: Our factory has professional QC and we also welcome our customer delegate QC to our factory.   

7 Q: How can we do if we send you payment, but you don’t send us our order?

   A: This situation is impossible to happen, but if you send us payment, please inform us or send us proof, so that we can make the production and arrange shipment earlier.

8 Q: What could we do if we find your goods are not in good performance?

   A: Please send us detailed reports and if problems are really caused by our factory, we will pay compensation according to your loss.
