1. What is your guarantee 

1) All items will be sold as website picture. If there is any difference, we will get approval from buyer before delivery.

2) We need pass 2 QC department, before we shipment.

3) Our goods meet European Standard, we can offer testing report when needed.

4) We have a "no-quibbles" guarantee: if you buy the wrong goods, you may return it within 30days for exchange or refund.

     Original packing need to be kept. In this case, returning shipping cost will be paid by buyer.

2.What should I do if the goods have problem

When we ship goods, each box will have a packing list inside. Please check all items carefully according to packing list.

1) If you find any item has quality problem, please take clear photos and contact us within 7days.

2) If you find any item missing, please check other boxes first, if still not there, please weighted the box, take a photo and contact      us within 7 days. 

After hearing the problems, we will contact you within 24hours, and offering solution for you.

3. How you will pack my goods
