1.Question: If Quantity of the order is very small,like 10-50pcs per style per color ,could we accept it ? 

Answer : Yes, we can do it ,if we have enough stock yarn for your order .However the price will be raised from 15% to 30%.

2.Question: How to buy our samples in showing room?

Answer : For new clients,you should pay cost of the samples ;For regular customers,you can get our samples for free .(Remark: if samples are more.)

3.Question: How long will you get the samples from us ?

Answer :For new clients ,after you paid the cost of samples,you ‘ll get our samples from 7-14days ;For regular customers,after we read your instruction,you can get the samples from 7-14days.

4.Question:What’s is available courier service ?

Answer : They are UPS,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS(Express Mail Service).

5.Question:How to pay the cost of samples?

Answer : You can use Western Union , T/T, Paypal ….etc.

6.Question:If the products isn't consistent with the website describing,how to solve it?

Answer : IF the products are defective or different with the describing words of

the seller, don't worry, we will accept customs' exchange ,return unconditionally.  We believe that our custom are not only satisfied with our products ,but also content with our Service!
