A: Definitely we are maunfacturer with 5 years own production base in China.
Besides,we have a professional team for generating design ideas and
samples-processing.
2 Q:What is the location of our factory? How can buyers visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province,
China.Start from the border in between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, just 45
minutes can arrive in our address by private car only. In alternative way, also
take 45 mintues from Guangzhou South to Humen by expedited Railways.
Your visit is highly appreciated and we can provide further detailed route if
neccessary.
3 Q: How can the buyer confirm to order our styles?
A: Simiple and regular transactions procedure. Email or instant messaging
tools for Enquiries-Select Designs and colours - Check Quotation -
Confirmation of orders - Payment settled - Delivery as per request.
Quality-check upon receipt of goods. If buyer has further customized
designs or sketch to develop, we can tailor-make and meet your size
measurements and specifications accordingly.
4 Q: Can we have any price negotiation for those styles ?
A: Our price quoted is very competetive in the market, but we can have further
discussion style by style if a lump-sum styles to be ordered.
5 Q: Can we customize your brand logo on the garments?
A: Yes, our services provided including customers's logo necktag, care label,
swingtag, regular polybag flat packing, outer cartons...etc.
6 Q: What is our incoterm of shipment on delivery?
A: Basically our price quoted is in term of FOB as well. For alternative option,
buyer can provide nominated forwarder details for us to arrange booking
and delivery.Local logistics cost in China to be beared by our side.
7 Q: How can buyers be confident working with FETISHISM?
A: We are Trade Assurance supplier registered in www.china.cn and
buyers can get refund up to 100% of the Trade Assurance Order amount
based on contract agreement.We can guarantee quality in good condition
and shipment on time. Otherwise, we will return deposit or compensate
your loss based on the supplier’s trade assurance coverage amount
available for the contract.
8 Q: Do buyers need to pay service fees for Trade Assurance?
A: Not required because this service is free of charge for both buyers
