Q4: Can you send the invoice and write the lower value in the invoice paper for decrease the import tax?
Yes, we will send the invoice with the value as your request, pls email us your detailed request about the invoice, we will do as your required.
Q5: How to do if the goods we received have quality problems?
If the goods have quality problems, pls advise us within one month you received the goods, and submit the facts for the poor quality, such as sending pictures and samples, give us the percentage...etc. we will check and response asap.
