1. Fabric: 100% cotton and other fabric available for this design: 100% Combed Cotton, CVC, TC & all types of Blends & Special Fabrics

2. Colors: white but All Required colors or as per Pantone Code available

3. Fabric weight: 100gsm, 120gsm, 140gsm, 160gsm, 180gsm, 200gsm...

4. Size range: S, M, L, XL, 2XL (US, Europe and Asian Standard), Plus size(+ size), slim fit design

5. Design Technique: Printing, Embroidery and Applique( silk screen, sublimation, DTG)

6. Samples Time: 3-5days for customized & 1day for existing samples.

7. Production lead time: 7-15 for order qty less than 1000 pieces, 1month for order qty over 1000 pieces

8. Production Capacity: 15,000pcs Per month.

9. Pattern: Usually we make two patterns;

A: DTG: whole T shirt made of 100% cotton fabric

B: Sublimation: Front part polyester fabric, back part and sleeves use cotton fabric
