360 Degree Swivel Punch Bag Steel Ceiling Hook

360 degree ceiling hook with swivel for the safe attachment of a punching bag. Ceiling Hook is a heavy duty ceiling hook enabling full 360 degree punch bag workout. This hook is made from high quality  steel which has been specially shaped and made for punch bags treated with Special Red Oxide anti-rust formulation. The product has been powder coated to give it extra life and make its weather proof and suitable for all environments.  It can be affixed into beams. The hook can hold up to 100 kg. This new version of the ceiling hook now comes with heavy duty shield bolts for fixing the bracket to beam. These can be replaced with heavy duty coach bolts or similar when fixing to solid woodwork or beam is required.
