4. Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?

A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper or free, pls kindly understanding.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China,it is ok for us.

5. Q: How can i believe that after i payment you can send the goods to me?

A:  If i did not send you the goods after you send the payment,you can make a complaint on alibaba,alibaba will required us refund the money to you, or else, alibaba will not allow us to do business on alibaba, you can see that we are gold supplier on alibaba for 2 years already, no bad feedbacks
