Q1: Are all your products of top quality?

A: We aim to provide satisfactory products to all our customers. As the saying goes "You get what you paid for". You do get products with better quality by paying more. We offer various kinds of products to you. Some are inexpensive with good quality; some are less inexpensive with much better quality. We guarantee that every item of ours is worth buying and we make sure everything has been checked thoroughly before shipped to you.

Q2: What kind of discount can you offer?

A: As a wholesaler, we offer the most favorable prices to you. The discounts we offer depend on the size of your order. In short, the bigger your order is the larger discount you get.

Q3: The shipping cost is too much; can you make it cheaper for us?

A: We try to negotiate with shipping companies for the lowest, affordable shipping fee for our customers. We distribute your order through whichever company offers the best shipping service with the lowest fee. We help to save every penny of yours. If it is convenient, you can designate a shipping company as you wish.

Q4: Can you offer free shipping for my order?

A: We offer the lowest price for our dear customers to make sure you get the best products for what you paid for. We only earn the minimum profits based on such low prices. What's more, shipping fees vary from country to country; we regret to say that we can't afford to offer free shipping to you.

1  Once your order has been placed and paid for, please inform us of your detailed shipping address, your name and phone number.

2  We will distribute your order within 5 days after your order has been placed. Please wait patiently for your order.

3  Custom duty is not included in the shipping price. If you want to pay less duty, please remind us so that we can cut down the invoice price for you.

4  Most of our products are hot sales and are snapped up quickly sometimes. It is possible that the color, size or style you want has been sold out. In case this happens, we can arrange to deliver other color, size or style to you based on you agreement. 

5  Due to the shooting environment and the display effects of different monitors, there may be some slight differences between the images you see on our website and the products you receive. If the difference appears distinct to you, please kindly inform us.
