4. How long does shipping take?

If you select EMS deliver, normally, it will take between 7-14 working days(i.e. excluding week-ends and public holuidays) to get to you.

If you select Express delivery(DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx), usually, it will take 3-7 working days to get to you. Bear in mind that delays at customs, though unlikely, are possible, which could delay the delivery of your order.

6. Will I be charged additional tax or duties when i get my delivery?

This depends on the country to which your order will be delivered. In some countries, there are no additional taxes or duties, that will be charged to you by respective country customs. 7. Why hasn't my package arrived yet?
