Shipment

When you place an order,please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee.We will send the items within 3-7days once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to difference in customers clearing times individual countries,which may affect how quickly your product is inspected,please note that buyer are responsible for all additional customs fees,brokerage fees,duties and taxes for importation into your country.These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery ,We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes ,and buyer are responsible for customer duties.

Returns

We do our best to serve our customer the best that we can.

We will refund you if if you return the items within 15days of your receipt of the items for any reason.However,the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.if the item are damaged or lost when they returned,the buyer should responsible for such damage or loss,and we will not give buyer a full retund.The buyer should try to file a claim .The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.

Sizing or fit Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored,the finished grown may vary approximately  +- 1 inch in specified measurements.

To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly,our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seems to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.If you find the products are not suitable for you and questions,you can contact us directly.

Color mismatch

Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor,light,background,etc.

However ,if you believe that the item received is in wrong color ,please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
