JDXKM-PET is antibacterial master batches specialized for PET, using silver ion antibacterial spinning powder as active antibacterial ingredient and superior PET raw material as carrier, and processed by advanced dispersion technology and processing method. It is applicable for production of PET staple fiber, PET filament and PET nonwovens, etc.

It has superior particle size distribution, good dispersion, very little impact on the spinnability and dyeing property of PET.

【How to use】

1.     The suggested adding rate is 5.0-6.0% of fiber weight, but it can also be adjusted as per specific demand.

2.     Before using, dry the master batches constantly for 2 to 4 hours in blast or vacuum oven at 80℃. After the even mixture with PET chip, produce PET yarn as the original production process or adjust when necessary.

【Packing and Storage】

Packed by aluminum foil bag, 25kgs/bag.

It should be stored in dark and ventilated place at normal temperature, avoiding of high temperature, damp and water.
