When can I get the price?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you need it very urgent, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will send you the price immediately.

How can I get a sample to check your quality?

If you need a sample, we can do it for you.

But we will charge for the sample cost. The sample cost can return after order confirmation when your quantity catch our MOQ.

What kind of files do you accept for printing?

AI, PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG.

Can you do the design for us?

Yes, we can do the design for you.

Just please tell us your ideas and we will help to do the design by our professional design team.

How long can I get the sample?

Usually 5 days, but the exact time is according to your logo.

What about the lead time for mass production?

It's about 25-30days for our MOQ, but if the order is bigger, the time is longer.
