 Feature of  machine structures :

1. Structures :integrally cast lathe bed, solid and stable ,high rigidity and high accuracy.

2 . Movement parts :Imported high accuracy ball screw ensures more stable movement and high accuracy (0.05mm). 

  Square linear rails from TAIWAN PMI has best dust protection and longer working lifetime.

3. Spindle motor : water-cooling brushless spindle, low noise, vigorous cutting strength and long time mass processing.

4. Software : Compatible software: Open style software interface. Our software is compatible with TYPE3/ARTCAM/CASTMATE/UG and many other kinds of CAD/CAM software, can change the working file into G code, guarantee that the design does not have the barrier.

5. Vacuum table: 5 lines T slot added on the vacuum table , user can save vacuum pump power when the material is small. Just holding on the table by clamping.

 Feature of  machine control:

DSP controller can work without computer, easy operation and fast working speed. Controller is the most important part for one CNC machine.

1) . Support the standard G code, PLT format instructions; support domestic and international mainstream CAM software, such as: Type3, Art cam, UG, Pro / E, Master CAM, Cimatron, Wentai etc. 

2). Provide with power-down protection. Instantaneous power processing system to automatically save the current processing of information 

3). Support breakpoint memory,  Save 8 different breakpoint processing information. 

4).Multicoordinate memory function. Provide nine working coordinate system, 

5). Support online adjust spindle operating frequency.1 - 8 threshold can be processed directly adjust up and down without suspend processing. 

6). Support adjust working speed ratio online.

7). Simply manual operate mode:provides:continuous, step (crawl), distance, manual operation became more simple and convenient. 

8). Identifies M code, F code and other development commands, can open a special code based on user needs. 

 9). C omes with USB communications port, file transfer efficiency can be directly read U disk, card reader file, Plug and Play. 

10). System can support automatic dynamic upgrades, convenient to remote operation, remote maintenance.

3.I have ordered my machine it is the SM variant of the CNC 3040, which has marginally better specs than most. The machine comes powdercoated to stop oxidization from the factory.So far customer service

has been quite good via MSN & E-Mail and whats nice is the sales lady speaks very good english

too! (which isn't very common for most cheap exporting chinese companies).
