CE standard exported wood case packing   

Packed with CE standard plywood case with steel pipe pallet.Firstly,there are for angle irons to fix the footstands(Casted iron,more stable). The five pieces of package is from inside to outside.Preservative film--- Foam --- Preservative film --- Plywood case --- Enlace steel bel t --- Paint the mark --- Foam(avoid damp) --- Over preservative film (avoid damp)

Tow years warranty for the whole machine, 9 months for 150w tube, Lifetime Maintenance.

2. Professional engineer will provide one site installation, training of the operation of the machine, how to use the software, machine maintenance, ensure that customers can use the machine properly.

3. Within warranty period time of the machine,  machine quality causes any damage , JQ laser company will responsible replacement parts and service for free , except regular consumables ( such as optical lenses, nozzles ) and  belongs to the user irregularities operating . 

4. Online or telephone communication can not solve the problem, JQ engineer will provide door to door service, solve problem in time for customer. 

5. The company will pay a return visit work non-scheduled, in order to have a assessment for our every after-sell service staff, make sure our service more and more better.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our factory is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, about 1 hours from Beijing, 2 hours from Shanghai and 2.5 hours from Guangzhou.All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

3.Q: Can you do OEM?A: Yes, we can do OEM products.

4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. 
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex,UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
