1.Description:
Ultrasonic welding is a high-tech which is used on welding thermoplastic products, and all kinds of thermoplastic rubber products can be welded by ultrasonic. It doesn’t need any adhesives, supplements or solvents, and it’s low energy-consuming. The machine has the advantages of simple operation, high welding strength and productivity.Therefore,ultrasonic welding technology has been used more and more widely and deeply in recent years.
2. Working Principle:
The transdeucer will transfer the high frequency electric erergy which was produced by the ultrasonic generator into high frequency mechanical vibration which will work on nonwoven products by the welding head.Tens of thousands of times for frication each second between one nonwoven and the other will be produced by high-frequency mechianical vibration.And then contact area between nonwoven products will be fused promptly.
3.Applied Range:
This system can be applied to anti-static bags , plastic zipper teeth, non-woven fabrics, plastic bags and MingPianBu inside pages, stationery, medical equipment, toys, electronics and other kinds of plastic industry.
