General introduction of auto-changing tool system
The auto-changing tools is a servo controlling system which bears the needs of machine tool industry of nowadays market. The auto-changing tool can complete many processings in one step which improves the efficiency and optimizes the product processing.
This auto-feeding system composes the controlling by hand, the cable board of extended input and output, data transition cable which can finished the processing automatically with the cooperation of the servo system.
.Way of working:
This system adopts the standard G code, it define the T order to be the order of tool changing. During the processing, it gets the T order from the G code, then it will start the auto-changing operation. If there is no T order, it will just take the file as a common processing.
