Perfect Laser PEQD-series Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machines (also call Dot Peen Marking Machine or stylus marker) are high technology products from Perfect Laser Company, which integrate computer, automatic control and precise machinery. Dot peen marking machine is the equipment of high integrated controller and marking head, without the need to communicate with PC, which is specially applied in limitative space product line. The control software bases on Windows platform and it can mark the serial number as well as communicating with other computers.

5)The key component "marking needle" is made by imported hard alloy,By using particular machining techniques.the ridity of the marking needle now can reach -- 92HRA. It can be marked on various kinds of labels & accessories as well as many high-rigidity materials such as bearings & gears. The usage life of the marking needle is twice time than other products.
6) The key component “positioning switch” of Perfect Laser’s Dot Peen Marking Machine is made by Japan OMRON Company with high accuracy & steadily performance.
7) The system is operated by WINDOWS software. The interface is friendly & easy to use. With a particular “path pre-setting” function, the equipment will be more easy to use during processing of the work-pieces. The function “self-inspection for common malfunction” makes a convenient & quick maintenance for operators. Even if computer disturbed by malfunctions, it still can work uninterrupted in the processing of marking on the surface of work-piece. Thus, when computer disturbed by malfunction, the marking process will be stopped immediately so that makes a waste of the under-marking work-pieces.
