Price

The plush toys price depends on customer's actual demand, the crafts and the materials.
But the price will be 5% lower than normal on market.
No matter what material and craft you choose, the product quality is the best. All products conform to CE EN-71, ASTM standards...

Sample fee

The account is up to your samples, usually it is 100 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
If your order amount is more than 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you
It is 3-7 days according to the different samples.
If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
If you don’t like the sample when you receive it, we can modify it for you til you say "YES".

Q: Why do you charge samples fee?

A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, and pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Most importantly sample fee is refundable once order confirmed.
Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

Q: How much is the samples fee?
A: The account is up to your samples, usually it is USD 50-100 per style, but if there are many embroideries or printing, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.

A: Usually,we need 5-7days to make samples.
