2.Product features:

(1) 1183 is hot peeling flat light release film,the heat  transfer temperature between 130-150 ℃, the heat transfer effect completely, and no residual color.It is the commonly used heat transfer film at present market.

(2) Through several times coating process with precisely machine, ink layer are dry quickly, high smoothness on surface. No matter small designs or big designs both are accepted to customized.

3. Application Manual:

(1) Suitable printing method: offset printing, screen printing, gravure, flex  hot peeling flat light heat transfer products.

(2) Suitable heat transfer materials: cotton, chemical fiber, cotton blended fabric, EVA, non-woven fabrics, leather and other fabrics.

(3) Suitable heat transfer material: water-base (301, 305 series heat  transfer ink); Oil-base (JB W series heat transfer ink, HMA, 529, 530, 531 series heat transfer glue),Weak offset printing ink, etc.

4.Products using the matters needing attention:

(1) Putting it together and should not exceed 20sheets after printing, prevent each two sheets from sticky; And Then dry the design at bake room in 12 h, the temperature should be 40 ℃ ,after the ink on design drying,then start to screen printing.

(2)This product is applicable to water-base ink and oi-base ink, but does not apply to Plastisol ink. By the way, please test the oil-base ink first before use in massive.

(3) After screen printing, the baking temperature between 50 ℃ to 65 ℃ is the best.

(4)Machine time out, please tear up the protective film immediately.

(5)In the normal situation, when you open the package,what you see first is the  printing side.

5.Packaging / store:

(1)700 or 1000 sheets in one plastic bag;1400 or 2000 sheets in one paper box.

(2)Products need to be stored in a temperature: 0 ℃ to 35 ℃;Relative humidity: 30% - 30% of the environment and keep away from sunshine. The expiration date of product is 36 months with unopened, more than the expiration date,please test first then use.
