At MFL we inventory over 40 different label materials, We print using specialty inks created specifically for garment labels and have the ability to print as many as 6 colors on the front of your label and 2 additional colors on the back!

Silk screen Printing Label

The Rotary Printing have good performance on Satin and cotton substrates, it can print up to six colors on the front and one colors on the back, and is indirect print because it prints to the rubber first then transfer to the substrate. The quality of print of CDS is very sharp but the substrate has to be treat before and after print.

MFL foil transfers are applied in a two steps process, which is different with the application of normal transfers. Customers must be aware of this process in advance of sampling.

Our silk screen printing labels have highest wash resistance, strong concealment effect and color-fastness, the screen printing label with dark color material is more sharp, solid and discrete on the images, its material is widely , for example, the cotton material, narrow goods weaving, thermoplast and hardwood etc.

We use the pantone matching system (PMS) to print any color you can dream of. We are able to match your logo or other art to create or reinforce the brand identity you have created for your product. Our only color limitation is your imagination!

Sizes / Materials

At MFL, we can make virtually any size label you need. Widths can range from 5mm to 62mm and lengths can range from 12mm to 290mm.

To expand your printing surface area, we are able to print on both sides of a label.

Double sided printing is especially useful for labels that have large amounts ofinformation.

We can print on just about any kind of material or substrate, from synthetic fibers such as satins and nylons to natural fabrics such as cottons.

We also have the ability to dye tapes to meet your specific color requirements

We are able to set up and turn around orders quickly. Once your artwork is completed,

our large capacity printing plant is able to complete your job in approximately 5-7 workdays.

We usually can produce smaller orders a little quicker and may require some extra time for very large orders.
