Front Frame & UHMW-PE Pads
Front panels are complex steel fabrications designed for working with cell fender, cone fender, element rubber fenders and other types. It is necessary part of fender system as they can distribute the reaction force form the rubber fender into the hull of vessels.
UHMW-PE pads, generally fixed to front panels, can provide the best combination of price and durability to the whole fender system. The pads are characterized by higher abrasion resistance and low-friction surface, excellent durability and high toughness. It efficiently protects the painting of vessels from damages caused by friction.

Steel chains
Steel chains are used to fasten cylindrical fenders, pneumatic fenders and other types of fenders for providing excellent control of fenders such as the deflection and shear strength during impact.
