The catheter of injector is designed for convenience to animal injection. The injector needle is provided with scales to measure the volume of the injection liquid medicine. Use Methods & Quantitative Methods
1 Insert the bottle needle and the air bleed needle into the medicine bottle respectively.
2. Connect the catheter with bottle needle and the continuous injector connector 7. Firstly adjust the regulating screw 15 in the position of 1ml, pull the lever 17. When the medicine is drained out, adjust the regulating screw 15 to required position of the dose (The scale of the ruler is evenly aligned with the bottom plane of the positioning nut 14), and screw the locking nut 19 close to the positioning nut 14.
3. Extrude it for several times until the vaccine is shot and then loaded with an injection needle.
4. Dosage adjustment range is 0-2ml.
Disinfectant Methods
1. When theinjector is used up, turn handle 18 off in counter clockwise direction.
2. Remove the spare parts (except the handle 18) into the water and boil it for 10 minutes.
3. Reloaded parts and handle, extrude the water in the injector.
Maintenance Methods
1. Thoroughly clean the injector (with distilled water or boiled water), all the parts, drain the residual liquid.
2, Apply medical silicone oil or paraffin oil on the steering valve, valve 6 and O-type ring 8, and dry the parts with clean cloth. Pack them and place in dry place.
Attention
1. When the injector placed for a long time, there may be no inhalation phenomenon, because the rubber valve 6 and connector 7 stick together, separating them can solve the problem. If there is still no inhalation, it may because of valve 4 and main body 5 sticking together. Please unlock the lock pole 1,separate relief valve 4 and main body 5, and install them again.
2. When cleaning or replacing parts, the seals should be tightened and without leakage
