The insulation values are similar to feather down, with the advantage that it does not absorb moisture. Cowhidehide produces a soft, supple leather that ensures the gloves' breathability: keeping the insides drier means they are more effective against wind chill. Last but not least, Gore-Tex means these gloves are waterproof, whatever the weather.
