SC series high speed large format automatic cutting system

Echo has developed SC high speed large format static cutting system to cut single-ply and few-ply material independently, it adopts advanced control system, which is with high cutting speed, high-precision, strong stability. The system is easy to operate, which can cut some soft material, such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, PVC, ETFE, PTFE, HAPALONG, oxford cloth, leather automatically with high speed(without making sampling, drawing ling and cutting dies)

1.System Components

SC high precision digital cutting system (named SC) composes machine body, electric box, vacuum pump, and data output center software.

According to customer's requirements, we will configure the cutting tools: Rotary knife, drag knife, punching knife.

High speed

The cutting speed is high without cutting cardboard sample, which can reduce manual operation, advance production efficiency greatly.

Large format

The maximum effective cutting width is 5-meter, length is above 30-meter respectively, it is the largest cutting system in China.
