Usage

1).Sticked in all fiber clothes by heat iron as a great decoration

2).Remove the back paper, place the iron-on onto the garment, 

press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature 120-180 degree 

for 10-30seconds

3).For the best results place a white paper 

front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together

4).Allow the garment to cool for 10minutes,

then slowly remove the plastic film from the garments
