5. Which are your cooperative companies? Who will pay the freight?

A: We are cooperating with EMS, DHL, UPS, OCS, Fedex.

The customer will pay the feight.

6. Can we have logo printed? What are your printing methods?

A: Logo printing available. We have silkscreen, burned, laser engraving, gold/silver stamp.

7. What kind of format do you accept for printing?

A: PDF, AI, WORD, JPG, EXCEL.

8. Can you design for us?

A: Yes, we can design based on your requirement or recommend product we have.
