 Specification:

1. All doors to have 2 lock blocks(300 x 100mm) where possible.

2. All door edges is 30 x 35mm but a double bottom rail 30 x 70mm.

3. All doors are exact finished sizes.

4. All doors to have the model and size stamped on top and bottom edges.

5. Sufface is unfinished.

6. Left & right sides of door edges are painted.

7. All door inner core is honeycomb paper/PU Foam/Solid Wood. 

8. Door Edges: Fir/Pine solid wood.

9. Door Frame and Both sides Casing / Architrave with MDF of wood materials.

 

Packaging:

1. All doors to be individually wrapped.

2. All pallets is 4’’ clearance for unloading trolleys.
