This is single facer for the corrugated carton production line. Customer can combine different unit according to production need

3.Made of crmo alloy steel no.48,laser induction hardening & hardchrome plating,hardness above shore 70.

4.Applicator roll, pressure roll's bearings use high temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durable.

5.Open-close of corrugated roll,pressure roll & glue applicator device are pneumatic type.

6.Glue applicating recycling to avoid glue become dry.

7.Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width.

8.With preheater for liner & medium.

9.Independent gear box,gimbal axis,oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise,keep running stable.
