2. How many days for the customized neoprene products sample?

Normally it will take 5-7 days.

3. How can I customize my logo on the neoprene products?

You just need send your vector graphic logo to us, we can do the free artwork for you. Pls also let us know the lanyard color and what accessories you need for the neoprene products.

4. Can I do any neoprene products color which I need?

Normally we do the neoprene products color according to the pantone number, you just let us know the pantone number, if you do not have, you can let us know the color you need, we will suggest some color for you. You also can have our stock neoprene products color for reference, such as red 485c, red 032c, orange 021c, reflex blue c, 286c, 289c, white, black ,yellow c, etc.,

5. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
