Structural Characteristics of the Assembly Line
1Automatic recognition dripper device
(a) Working manner: pneumatic centrifugal
(b) Recognition speed of drippers: Max. 800pieces/min
(c) Selecting chamber: use for selecting the dripper in correct position, with the function of dripper recognition, so as to eliminate the dripper in incorrect position. The track delivery device loads the drippers to the core rod with high speed; the core rod securely bonds the dripper onto the inner wall of the shaped tube extruded.
2 Drippers delivery device
(a) Drippers are moving along the track with the blowing of air. When the drippers are loaded into the conveying belt, the speed of them is stable.
(b) The loading device is controlled by servo-system, and connecting with the computer, the speed of it varies with the set speed which ensures the dripper to maintain their set space according to the changeable speed of the dripping tube at any time.
(c) The Core Bar in the dripper delivery system, it made of very hard material, please use it very carefully, do not break or damage it.

(a) Extruder transducer: The machine nose is equipped with a melting pressure determinates for the purpose of observing the extruding pressure at any moment and make pressure protection at the same time.
(b) Operator changes the filter net by touch net change control button.
Self centered cross-machine nose
The machine nose use single layer spiral structure has uniform inner pressure, which is applicable for the production of thin wall tubes.
Automatic feeder unit, blending machine
1The automatic charging unitis able to make up supply according to the remaining in the charging spout of the extruder.
2 The blending machine is used to blend the mixed raw material uniformly and make it ready to be use by the automatic charging unit.
Vacuum forming cooling system
1The vacuum pattern cooling system is comprised of pattern jacket, water circling system, water cooler, heater, water filter, water purifying system, which forms a closed loop system.
2Pipe air leakage inspection device: To find the pipe hole in time for keeping product quality.
3 Anti-rotating device: After the tube shaped coming out of the shaping water tank, it enters into the anti-rotating device immediately. The device treats the tube as its entering to prevent from tube rotating, so as to ensure the accuracy of the punching.
Cooling water tank
1 Total length of the after cooling water tank: 9 m
2 All components meeting with water are made from stainless steel.
3 The machine end is equipped with dewatering and drying unit and the moisture on tube wall is dried while the tube passing through the dual-piping air rings.
Drilling system and visual inspection device
1 This device can punch hole position on the dripper subject to production speed of the machine, keeping the hole punching correctness.
2 Drilling speed: Drilling speed is 700 holes/per min with stable performance.
3 Visual inspection: it is equipped with inspection system that monitor each punching position correctness. If there is punching position deviation or missing of punching etc, the alarm starts.
Haul-off device
1Use special dripper pipe dragger with double rubber belt, this unit has a closed structure and safety protection. Position adjustment at the entry and exit, the gap between the belt can be adjusted.
2 Max. haul-off speed: 200 m/min
3 Haul-off motor: AC Servo motor. It makes stable haul-off device.
Fully automatic dual-chamber wrap-up
1It is specially designed for packing the dripping pipe. When arriving at setting length, the empty roll will rotate, and the winding unit will shift to the B shaft from the A automatically so as to keep on wrap-up continuously and cut the tube automatically, meanwhile the empty roll will clamp the cut tube and roll it onto the other empty roll over again.

Water industrial chiller
It is capable of realizing cold and hot water regulation automatically, so as to supply sufficient cool water to equipment and ensure the machine in normal operation.
Air storage tank
1To supply the equipment with stable air source, the maximum air supply pressure is 0.7Mpa.
2A relief valve, which ensures safety and reliability, is set onto the tank body. It makes discharge automatically if the pressure in the tank is over-high.

Besides the regular machine operation and control knowledge, maintenance and repair, we help the customers to choose the suitable local raw material ingredients.
7 After-sales service
The company takes the turnkey project service for the drip tape production line. We will send engineers to commission and install the machine in the customer’s factory. We have set up a central controlling room in which we take dynamic monitor on customer’s machines by internet and know machine’s running condition. Our after-sales persons can adjust the machine by internet in response to customer’s requirement. We have all kinds of spare pates in stock to guarantee customer’s smooth production, making customers free of trouble.
Installation and training:
The buyer can send the engineers to the seller’s factory to get trained on running the production line before the shipment.
When the production line arrives at the buyer’s factory, the seller should dispatch engineers to the buyer’s factory to install and adjust the equipment.
